Mills had a charismatic personality and could always brighten up your day. He was always thinking of others and how he could make a difference in their lives. He was so gifted in many areas – academics, leadership, service, caring, loving, comedian, a true friend, etc. A few of Mills activities include serving as President on Student Council for his 8th grade, swimming on the Varsity Swim team for Gower, played school soccer – but his true sport passion was basketball. He had dreams of attending Duke to play and then move on to the NBA. With his determination, skills and academics, he just might have achieved his goal.
